I wish that you could see that I am trying...

trying with all my soul to just hang onto life,

trying with all my heart to hang onto to joy...

and I wish you could see just how hard it is

to keep taking breaths, when everything inside

of me is in pain unimaginable...

I wish that you could see that I am trying...

trying to heal myself, but it's a long process,

please believe me when I say that I am truly trying.....
